Dr Julian Holley Home Page

I am a consultant engineer and computer scientist. My background is in electronics and control systems, designing and programming application specific systems in the industrial robotics sector. More recently during 2007-2008 I have worked as a research fellow in machine learning at the University of the West of England (UWE). I am currently working as a postdoc research associate at UWE participating in the NEUNEU project. My main research interests are the adaptive nature of sleep and dreaming, biologically inspired computation, neural networks, evolutionary computing, applied machine learning and robotics.
